Girls soccer secures 3-0 win against Haverford

On Thursday, the girls’ soccer team won against Haverford 3-0 on Teamer Field. While both teams played aggressively, neither managed to score during the first half. With 30 minutes left in the game, junior Kate Kemmerley scored her first goal. Five minutes later Kemmerly scored another goal, bringing the score to 2-0. With 20 minutes left, Kemmerly scored her third goal, securing a hat trick and a win for the Pioneers. Read the full article here.
Conestoga opens season with emphatic 5-0 victory over Downingtown East

The Conestoga High School girls soccer team reached the PIAA 4A championship game last season, before falling to Pennridge. This year, they hope they can be the team that rules the roost, not only in District 1, but also the state. That goal got off to a flying start on a lovely Tuesday evening at Teamer Field as the Pioneers broke open a tight game by scoring four second-half goals to post an impressive season-opening nonleague 5-0 victory over Downingtown East.. Conestoga blanks North Allegheny to reach third PIAA final since 2019

The Conestoga girls soccer team didn’t have many opportunities in Tuesday’s PIAA Class 4A girls soccer semifinal against North Allegheny, but as they have proved on more than one occasion this season, they don’t need many. The Pioneers scored twice off corner kicks in the second half and the defense authored another clean sheet en route to a 2-0 victory over the Tigers at Chambersburg High School.
